We are here to help you choose the right OZ for your boxing gloves. Regardless of whether you are looking for an all-round boxing glove or specific sparring gloves, we will help you choose the right size when buying boxing gloves.

6 oz

Generally, 6 oz boxing gloves are for young athletes (juniors). (Up to 40 kg)

8 oz

Generally, 6 oz boxing gloves are for young athletes (juniors). (Up to 50 kg)

10 oz

The smallest boxing glove for adults, a good choice for pads and/or punching bag training. 10 oz boxing gloves are suitable for someone with smaller hands who wants to improve their techniques. We at KO Fighters recommend that you train with 10oz before a match, because these boxing gloves are also used in competitions. (50kg - 60kg)

12 oz

The 12 oz boxing gloves are used more for pads and light sparring. Also excellent for use in technique training. The 12 oz boxing glove is the best boxing glove to buy if you don't know which size is best for you. (60 kg - 75 kg)

14 oz

14 oz boxing gloves are usually used for sparring and are a very good "all-round" boxing glove. This size is good for sparring, pads, bag and technique training. They are slightly lighter than the large 16 oz boxing gloves, so your arms are less likely to sour when hitting the punching bag or pads. (75kg - 85kg)

16 oz

16 oz boxing gloves are used for sparring. If you hit hard, have large hands or weigh more than 85kg, these gloves are essential for the safety of you and your training partner. They are larger and safer because they have more padding. You should definitely use these gloves for sparring, but they also work great for pads. (More than 85kg)
