HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

1. Register return

Click the button below labeled 'register return'. Do this within 45 days after receiving your order. Indicate the reason for your return or exchange shipment. Note: always enter the order number completely in the return portal to avoid errors.

2. Packing

Put the products you want to exchange or return in the original box or another sturdy box. Stick the return label you received on the package. Don’t forget to remove your old label.

Note: always include the packing slip or another form with your name and/or order number inside the box!

3. Ship your package

Make sure to bring your package to a Servicepoint within 14 days after registering your return.

4. Exchange shipment or refund

Once we have received and processed your return shipment, we will arrange your exchange shipment or refund.

5. Goodies

If one or more products are returned and your order value falls below €100, the goodies must be returned. If this is not done, the goodie will be charged. If you choose an exchange shipment, you do not need to return the goodies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What if I can’t print my return label?

- If you don’t have a printer, you can choose to return your package with DHL. In this case, you do not need a printer!

  • Are there products that cannot be returned?

- Yes, hygiene products cannot be returned. 

  • What if I don’t pick up my package at a service point?

- If a package is refused or not picked up at a Pakjegemak point, the full purchase amount will be refunded minus €6.95 return costs (€9.99 return costs in Belgium).

  • What are the conditions for exchanging or returning?

- Register your return within 45 days of receipt for an exchange or return.
- The products must be in original and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, and the label must still be attached to the product.
- The goodies must be returned proportionally if you return products. If this is not done, the goodie will be charged. You do not need to return a goodie for an exchange shipment.

  • What are the costs for an exchange or return?

- The cost of a return shipment within the Netherlands is €6.95. The cost for a return shipment from Belgium is €7.95.
- As compensation, you will receive a 15% discount code for your next order after your return has been processed.
