Can I use these boxing gloves for bag training, technique training, and sparring?
Yes, you can! These boxing gloves are ideal for bag training, technique training, and sparring. Keep in mind that size matters: for bag training we recommend lighter gloves (10 oz or 12 oz) and for technique and sparring heavier ones (14 oz or 16 oz).
Are these boxing gloves suitable for both boxing and kickboxing/Muay Thai?
Yes! Our KO Fighters gloves are designed for boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. They provide the right protection and freedom of movement for all styles.
Should I always use hand wraps under my boxing gloves?
Yes, we highly recommend this. Bandages provide extra support and protection for your wrists and knuckles and help your gloves last longer.
How long does it take to break in boxing gloves?
New gloves often feel a bit stiff. Usually, they shape to your hands after 1 to 2 training sessions and become more flexible quickly.
