How long are these bandages?

Our bandages are 4.5 meters long, ideal for both beginners and advanced users. Long enough to wrap your hands well and short enough to remain comfortable.

How do I put on the bandages?

We understand that this can be a bit difficult at first. That is why we have made a clear instructional video for you: Follow the steps and after a few times practicing, it will come naturally.

How often should I use bandages?

We recommend always wearing bandages under your boxing gloves, whether you are training on the bag or sparring.

How do I wash my bandages?

  • Wash the bandages in a laundry bag at 30°C.
  • Let them air dry (do not use the dryer).
  • Tip: roll them up neatly before using them again, this way you save time for training.

How quickly will I receive my order?
